NOTD: Blue Gradient Nails

Hi Lovelies, Sorry I've been really quiet lately, been very busy & been trying to keep my little girl occupied during the Holidays!
Also I'm going to try & do a few more Youtube video's soon as haven't done any for a while either!!

Anyway moving on... My nails today are Blue Ombre/gradient with a little blue glitter to add some sparkle.

Products Used:

• Collection Hot Looks Electric Dreams.
• China Glaze Frostbite.
• Collection Hot Looks Midnight.
• Models Own Bluebelle.

To achieve this look I used the same technique as I do in all of my Ombre/Gradient Nail Post's; That can be seen HERE!

Once I applied all 3 nail varnishes, I then finished off by dabbing a little Models Own Bluebelle onto the tops of my nails.

If you read my blog you'll know I love Ombre/Gradient Nails, You can create so many different looks & they give your nails an edgy look!

Thanks for Reading Lovelies.

Hello New Hair: Plus Loreal Sublime Mousse Review

Hi Lovelies, If You follow My Twitter or Instagram u'll know all about my new red hair, but I thought i'd blog about it too & give you my thoughts on the colour I used.

Before:

Dip Dye Ombre Hair.

After:

Dark Red Hair.

I've had red hair lots of times before & I was going to re-colour my hair brown & blonde dip-dye but soon as I saw this hair colour in the shop I really wanted to be red again.

The Colour & Review:

I used Loreal Sublime Mousse in 565 Hot Brown.
This colour is a similar colour to what Cheryl Cole had a while back; Its a gorgeous deep red colour that covers 100% grey & claims to be as easy to apply as a shampoo.

I've used a few mousse hair colours before but I do advise that if you are going to use this brand of mousse colour on your hair then wear old clothes from top-toe & protect the floor underneath you as this mousse was really messy & on long hair I found it a nightmare to use!
This would probably work great on short hair but as my extensions are really long it kept ending up on the floor & all over my top.

Once washed off the colour turned out great! A little darker than the colour on the box but it was a lovely colour & even covered some of my grey hairs that I have.

It's now been a week since I coloured my hair & the colour has faded quite alot but this is probably because my hair was quite light before.

I'm going to re-colour my hair again with this mousse as I brought one spare for when it faded, but I think next time I won't opt for a mousse & I think i'll go a little bit more red next time!!

So overall this is a good colour for short hair but be warned if you did use it on long hair by the end of it you will look like you've been involved in some sort of Massacre!

What do you think of this colour? Have you tried this product or any other mousse colours before?

Thanks for Reading

Moroccanoil Restorative Hair Mask Review

Hi Lovelies, Sorry I've been a little quiet the last few days but as it's the school holidays I've been keeping my little one busy & spending time with the family.

Lately my hair & hair extensions have been feeling slightly dry & frizzy, So I received this to hopefully restore some moisture back into my hair & to tame that frizz!

About.

Moroccanoil Restorative Hair Mask from the Moroocanoil series is a treatment that offers a therapeutic remedy that penetrates deep into the hair.
For hundreds of years Argan oil has been used by women in Morocco to treat hair and nails in order to counteract the effects of the hot climate.
The Argan tree, found only in the South West of Morocco called Argana; blossoms in the desert-like conditions and produces fruits much like olives yet larger and rounder.
Inside the fruit grows a large nut that houses up to three almond-shape kernels which are the source of this miraculous oil.

Features:
* Helps reconstruct and rebuild
* Reverses damage done by chemicals
* Restores hair from environmental elements like sun and wind
* Penetrates deep into the hair
* Unique formula brings out hairs inner health
* Leaves hair shiny and moisturized

My Review.

As I wear Micro Bead Hair Extensions I only wash all of my hair once a week, Just to help maintain the condition of my hair extensions, But every-other day I do wash just the top section of my hair to keep it looking clean & fresh.

So I used this treatment in my once a week wash of all my hair & extensions.
After shampooing I applied a generous amount to my hair then for a deep condition I wrapped my hair up into a towel & left it to work it's magic for 15-20 minutes.
Instantly when I washed the treatment off my hair felt lovely & silky & not tangled up.
Once blowdryed, My hair had a gorgeous shine & looked & felt alot more healthier.
This treatment really is amazing but the cost might shock you a little as it is £30.45 for a 250ml tub, but as it's a Hair Mask/Treatment you only need to use this on your hair once a week so it should last for 2-3 months which then doesn't seem too bad !

This product is available from Hairtrade.com for £30.45 and I highly reccommend it if your hair needs bringing back to life!

Have you tried this product or any of the other Moroccanoil products?

Love You Skin Complete Cleansing Water Review

Hi Lovelies, Hope you are all having a wonderful week so far.

A few days ago I received this Love Your Skin Cleansing Water.

About.

Love Your Skin Cleansing Water is suitable for all skin types and ages this cleansing water with Linden Blossom and Green Tea, is for those who prefer a totally oil free cleansing experience to remove make-up, grease and grime.
A complete cleanser that gently removes all traces of make-up, including stubborn mascara, leaving your skin completely cleansed.

Rich in nature’s most effective and gentle ingredients this cleanser will leave the skin feeling thoroughly cleansed.

Ingredients.

Linden Blossom: Which is known for it's soothing & draining effect on the skin. It also relaxes the tissue & will keep the skin looking refreshed.

Green Tea: Full of anti-oxidants & vitamin B & C, Green Tea is an all-round essential for healthy skin.
Green Tea also contains catechins, a natural anti-bacterial agent that helps suppress acne-causing bacteria.

My Review.

Because of a busy lifestyle I very rarely Cleanse & Tone my face, It's normally a quick go over with a face wipe & straight to bed!
But when I heard of a cleanser that also removes stubborn makeup I couldn't wait to try it out.

To remove my makeup I applied a little cleansing water onto a cotton wool pad, pressed onto my eyes to help remove my mascara, then with a seperate pad took a little more cleanser for the whole face & neck.

Instantly I felt refreshed with the gorgeous smell of Green Tea & Linden Blossom; also my skin felt fresh & rejuvenated unlike when I use makeup wipes I find it slightly stings & my face feels really tight.

I then apply a little cleanser in the morning too.

I've never had a cleanser that removes makeup so quick & easy, I also didn't drench my cotton woll pad either, just 1-2 pumps.

This retails at £22.99 for 200ml, which you may think is a little pricey but you don't need to follow with a toner after this so you save money there, A little really does go a long way & looking after your skin should be top priority & this certainly does that & more.

Have you tried any of the Love Your Skin products? I really want to try the moisturiser next as I'm guessing that will be amazing too!

Thankyou for Reading

NOTD: Pink & Blue Ombre Nails

Hi Lovelies, There's an image of a nail look that I'm constantly seeing on Instagram & Twitter of Pink & Blue Ombre Nails; So I thought I would do this look on my nails today.

Products Used:

For the Pink colour I used China Glaze Dance Baby & for the Blue I mixed 2 parts Collection 2000 Hot Looks Electric Dreams with 1 Part Elegant Touch White (but any other white nail varnish will do).

To create this look I applied 2 coats of China Glaze Dance Baby to my nails then using my Ombre Nail Technique I use for all my ombre looks, I then applied the 2 mixed colours to the ends of my nails using a makeup sponge.

Then apply a top coat & your done!

This look is super cute for summer, and if you follow my blog you'll know I'm a HUGE fan of the ombre look.

Yesterday's HOTD & NOTD

Hi Lovelies, Today I thought i'd show you my HOTD & NOTD from Yesterday.

Hair.

I love wearing a center parting but it can be a pain in the butt sometimes as I have an annoying widows peak on my hairline!

So thanks to the inspiration from Lauren Conrad I twist the one side & clip it up to make it look a little cute & quirky & it also makes my center parting look a little better.

I also curled all my hair away from my face using my hair straighteners then brushed it all out to give a glam natural wave look.

Nails.

I felt Like doing something a little different to my nails yesterday & this is what I came up with.

I used:
• China Glaze Dance Baby on all of my nails apart from middle finger.
• Jessica Be Happy! On my middle finger.
• Then 4 generous coats of Models Own Hed Kandi Ibiza Mix to my thumb & index finger.

So thats My Hair & Nail look I was wearing Yesterday.

Will also be filming a few Youtube video's today as I haven't done any for a few weeks!!

Thanks for Reading.
