Models Own Artstix Duo | Pink Stuff

Hi Lovelies, If you know me then you'll know I'm the biggest Nail Polish fan EVER! And when I heard Models Own had release yet another Nail Polish to add to their collection I had to try it out.
The Models Own Artstix Collection was released back in mid April and are two smaller versions of their own Nail Polish, A Base Coat and Glitter Top Coat that can be used together to create any Nail combinations that you like!

I have got Models Own Artstix Duo in Pink Stuff* which is Pastel Pink and Hot Stuff. This is a Bubblegum Pink Colour with a Fuchsia and Gold Glitter. I think this is a really girly nail look and looks really pretty for the Spring/Summer.

Artstix Duos are available in eight options, a marriage of Models Own bestsellers:

Snow Mix – Snow White and Ibiza Mix
Jade Flakes – Jade Stone and Snowflakes
Freak Betty – Freak Out and Betty Blue
Utopia Ocean – Utopia and Indian Ocean
Boogie Dream – Boogie Nights and Lilac Dream
Blibble – Blizzard and Bubblegum
Nude Jack – Jack Frost and Nude Beige
Pink Stuff – Pastel Pink and Hot Stuff

I think the Artstix Polishes are good value for money as you are getting two Models Own Nail Polishes for £6 even though they aren't full size, but it's a great way of growing your Models Own Nail Polish Collection and also mixing up different combinations for your nails.

The Models Own Artstix Duo's are available now from The Models Own Website or from Boots and they retail at £6. I think I need to get Snow Mix and Jade Flakes Next!

What's your favourite Artstix Duo?

London Day 1

Hi Lovelies, Last Weekend Me and My Boyfriend visited London for a couple of days as a gift from me for his 30th Birthday and we also visited Comic Con which will be in Day 2's Blog Post tomorrow.
On Friday Morning we headed off to London so we could have a jam packed day sightseeing around London, But first things first we needed a McDonald's Breakfast as soon as we got off the Train!
After indulging in Breakfast we headed to the Underground and decided to make our first stop at Embankment to see Big Ben, Westminster and the London Eye. Trust it to start pouring with rain as soon as we got off the Underground!
After seeing Big Ben, Westminster and the London Eye we decided to take a walk around the River Thames and then came across a Wagamama's! It was only 11.30am and only 2 hours after eating Breakfast but you can't say no to a yummy Wagamama's by the riverside plus we needed to keep our energy up for the rest of the day (well that's my excuse!).

After filling our Bellies yet again we headed back to the Underground and decided to make our next stop at Knightsbridge to visit Harrods. I haven't been to Harrods since I was little and I forgot how big it was, So we ended up spending a good hour in there and I personally loved the Kids section! Ha.
After being Rain-free for an hour we headed back into the rain to Oxford Street where we visited the amazing Hamley's...Hello Inner Child! Me and My Boyfriend absolutely loved it in there and we could have come out with so many childish things for ourselves but we had to be Adult about it and say No! Sad Face. Even though I really wished I picked up a swimming Penguin for the Bath! Ha.
After Hamley's we was going to head back to the Hotel to freshen up ready for the evening but my Toms were like paddling pools so we headed to Marble Arch to do a little shopping and to buy me some more rain friendly footwear!

We finally arrived at the Hotel, freshened up and had a relax for an hour then headed on the Tube to Covent Garden. This was so funny because we saw a lift when we got off the Tube but we thought we'd be hardcore and take on the 193 steps! OMG if you ever go to Covent Garden take my advice and use the Lift, I was 3/4 of the way up and my legs were killing me, people infront were slowing down and by the time I reached the top my legs were killing me and I was desperate for a drink. Or maybe I'm just so unfit!
We was going to go to the Cinema in Covent Garden and have a meal but we opted for just a meal because the Cinema wasn't showing the film that we wanted to watch. So we headed to Cantina Laredo and Indulged in some yummy Mexican food and drink. We had Top Shelf Guacamole for starter which is prepared at your table and I indulged in a El Cubano Cocktail, then for our main course My Boyfriend had Chicken Fajitas and I had Chicken Tacos Cascabel.
This Mexican Restaurant is one of the best Mexican Restaurants I have eaten in with great quality food, excellent service and delicious cocktails. I highly recommend it if you are visiting Covent Garden.

After our gorgeous meal we headed to Leicester Square and Piccadilly Circus to have a little stroll and wonder in a few shops, then out feet had finally had enough and it was time to get a little Beauty Sleep ready for our next busy day ahead!

So that was our Day 1 in London! Head back over Tomorrow to read all about Day 2 in London and all about Comic Con.

Avenue 32 Day and Evening Summer Looks

Hi Lovelies, Hope you are all having a lovely week so far. I know we haven't had much sunshine recently but I thought I would put together some of my favourite Summer Day and Evening looks from luxury fashion site, Avenue 32.
Avenue 32 was founded by Roberta Benteler in 2011, it is UK based and has quickly become one of the most talked about fashion sites and was even voted the second best online fashion retailer by Vogue Magazine. The website features exciting emerging design talent coupled with established global brands that is sure to have you looking on trend!

This Giles Dress is so pretty for Summer and not only would it look great during the day but also of the evening too, which I think is good when purchasing more expensive fashion as it can be put to use more often. I teamed it with some cute white flat sandals, A large Tote Bag, A gorgeous statement Bracelet and also a must have for Summer, Sunglasses.

For my evening look I wanted to keep it still looking fresh and Summery and I based this look around the gorgeous Neon Yellow Python Box Bag. I opted for the Floral Mosaic Top that had similar colours to the bag in it's design, A pair of simple White Jeans, A pair of Flat Sandals and a gorgeous statement Ring.

I really love all the Fashion on Avenue 32 as it's Fresh, High End and also has some amazing cutting edge International Labels.

What do you think of these looks?

MUA Undress Me Too Eyeshadow Palette

Hi Lovelies, After one of the #BBloggers chats a few weeks ago I got talking to some of you bloggers about eyeshadow palettes and how I couldn't justify spending around £35 on an Urban Decay Naked Palette, to which I had tonnes of reply's telling me to try out the MUA Palettes.

In the MUA Undress Me Too Palette you get 12 warm and timeless shades that will suit all skin tones, for any occasions. The palette contains shades that I love to wear everyday and you can achieve easy day-night looks with this palette too. The eyeshadows also have good pigmentation, lasting power and also don't smudge!

I'm so glad I purchased this product as it's more than a bargain for only £4 and my everyday favourite shades are Shy and Devotion but I love using all the different shades to change-up my makeup look some days.

Be sure to see some makeup looks coming soon using this palette, and let me know if this is something you would like to see.

MUA products are available from Superdrug and also the MUA Website.

What's your favourite eyeshadow palette?

Hope you all have a lovely weekend, I'm off to London so I will speak to you all on Sunday.

NOTD | Pretty Floral Nails

L-R: Barry M Mint Green, Barry M Matt White & Rimmel Sunshine.
Hi Lovelies, Hope you are all ok, I've had a busy week again and getting extremely excited as I'm off to London Friday with the Boyfriend!
I thought I would do a quick, pretty Spring/Summer NOTD for you today as I purchased yet another Barry M Nail Polish the other day (Mint Green) and thought I would do a simple Daisy Nail look on top of this Nail Polish to give a pretty look.

First of all I applied 2 coats of Barry M Mint Green to my Nails then once fully dry I then used a Nail Dotting Tool to apply Barry M Matt White into 'Daisy like' patterns, then once that Nail Polish was dry I then added Rimmel Sunshine into the center of the white dots to create a Daisy.
To make my Nails look a little different I only painted Daisy's on my Thumb, Ring Finger and Little Finger.

I think this is a really pretty Nail look and you can change it up however you like using different colours.

What Nail Art do you like on your Nails for Spring/Summer?

Barry M Gelly Summer 2013 Collection

Hi Lovelies, It only seems like yesterday since Barry M released their Spring 2013 Gelly Collection and now we have another gorgeous Gelly Collection we can get our hands on from June 5th.
In the new Gelly Summer Collection there are 5 scrumtious shades: Key Lime, Mango, Blue Grape, Passion Fruit and Guava.

I'm lucky to be trying out one of the shades from the Summer 2013 Collection and this is the shade Mango.
Mango is a gorgeous, vibrant orange colour that looks great on with a summer tan and will also look perfect on your toes.
The other 4 shades available in the summer collection are:
Key Lime: Which is a gorgeous lime green colour.
Blue Grape: Is a gorgeous colbat blue colour that reminds me a little of Topshop Awol.
Passion Fruit: Is a pretty bright red/pink shade.
Guava: This is a bright turquoise colour that is a perfect summer shade.

On release I think I will have to purchase Guava as the colour is so pretty and it's not a colour that I own yet in my ever growing Nail Polish Collection!

Will you be purchasing the new Barry M Gelly Summer 2013 Collection? What is your favourite shade?

The new Collection will be available from June 5th at Superdrug and June 12th at Boots.

Dirty Works | Power Berry Detox Mask

"Let your skin breathe again with this Detoxifying face mask to deep cleanse and replenish your skin."

Hi Lovelies, I'm the Biggest Dirty Works fan ever! If you've never heard of Dirty Works before it is a budget Beauty/Skincare Brand available at Sainsburys that provide us with yummy skincare products that won't break the bank!
My Dirty Works collection is gradually getting huge because I love all of their products and as soon as I saw the Power Berry Detox Mask I couldn't wait to try it out!

With it's super fruit extract of Blueberry, Skin clearing Willow Bark and Detoxifying Green Clay and Kaolin, this product helps to withdraw impurities from your skin leaving it clean, fresh and radiant.
I applied a thin layer of this product to my clean 'makeup free' face while having a relax in the bath and left the mask on for 10-15 minutes, which I then gently removed with a warm, damp flannel.
The mask not only felt great on my skin but also smelt really fruity and uplifting too.
The results of the mask left my skin moisturised, soft and more glowing plus the added bonus is that it didn't cause any spots or breakouts.

I'm really happy with this product and I don't think I have yet found a Dirty Works Product that has disappointed me!

Dirty Works Power Berry Detox Mask retails at £4.99 and is available from Sainsburys Nationwide.

Have you tried any Dirty Works Products? What are your favourite budget face masks?

Hope you all have a lovely weekend.

Weekly Ramblings #13 & Happy Birthday to My Boyfriend ❤

❤ I had such a busy week last week, The weather was so lovely that I decided to re-vamp my Balcony and get it looking really nice again so we can sit out there in the Summer Sun eating our Lunch and to watch the sun go down with a glass of wine!... Too bad it decided to rain for the rest of the week!
❤ I also did a HUGE spring clean this week as I have so many clothes and Beauty products! So I sorted out my Wardrobe and also created a nice space with some baskets to store my boat load of Beauty Products.
❤ It was a really busy week also because it was My Boyfriend's 30th Birthday on Sunday, So I was doing lots of Shopping to spoil him for his Birthday and then Sunday we all had a lovely day and also went for a yummy meal in Stafford with his family. One of his Birthday Presents from Me was a Weekend in London with tickets to Comic Con (as he is a super Geek) So expect to see a Blog Post about London and Comic Con when we go in 2 weeks time.

My Hair Saviour | TRESemme Smooth Serum

Hi Lovelies, A few weeks ago just before the #BrumBloggerMeet I had a major bad hair moment, As when My Hair Extensions are due to be changed they suddenly go frizzy, matted and unmanageable after washing, and this is exactly what happened!
I wasn't due to do My Hair Extensions for another couple of weeks and I was stressing over how I was going to tame my locks ready for the #BrumBloggerMeet!

When this has happened in the past I'd normally put My new Hair Extensions in the day after but this was impossible as I didn't have enough time and I needed a solution. Quick.
While scouring through Asda I came across the TRESemme Smooth Serum for a bargain of £3 and I thought it wouldn't hurt to give it a try as I generally do love all of the TRESemme products as they do exactly what they preach!
As soon as I got through the door I gave this a try and ran 2 pumps of the serum throughout my hair and my hair was instantly soft and stopped it from frizzing up like a birds nest!
With it's added Argan Oil this helps to nourish your hair and also helps to leave it smooth and frizz free! I was really Impressed with how good this product was and I now use it daily before I curl my hair to keep my curls soft and smooth.

I highly recommend this product if your hair is dry, frizzy or curly and I also recommend it to be used on Hair Extensions too as it keeps them soft and smooth especially as I've tried so many products that work on my own hair but then they don't on my extensions! This product also made my hair extensions last those extra couple of weeks until I had my new ones in this week and I still use it now as it plays a huge part in my haircare routine.

Thus gets top marks from me!

Have you tried TRESemme Smooth Serum? Any other products you recommend?

Hope you all have a lovely weekend, I've got to get all my Boyfriends prezzies ready for his 30th Birthday Tomorrow! EEEKKKK.

New Store | Diffusion Wolverhampton

Hi Lovelies, If you're local to Wolverhampton then you'll know that Designer Clothing chain Diffusion launched it's new store in the City on May 2nd. I was invited to the launch night but unfortunately I couldn't make it, So I stopped by to take a look at the new store and took a few (actually A LOT!) of snap shots for you to see the amazing new store for yourselves. **WARNING** This post is rather 'Photo Heavy'!

The Denim Lab.

As soon as you enter the store you are greeted with this amazing feature wall of Denim. I think this is such a fantastic idea as Jeans are always a must-have basic for your wardrobe!

I love how all of the different brands around the store are labeled with cute chalk board signs and the one brand that I was happy to see make an appearance in the Wolverhampton Store was Vivienne Westwood.
All of the Bags and Shoes are well presented too with all bags placed precise on shelves and shoes laid out on a chic table!

Coming from a Women, the Menswear section was my most favourite of all! All brands were laid out in different sections, Casual, High end and also a 'Street' section which was my favourite with it's cool feature wall.

At the moment the Children's section is quite small but they have all the necessities to make sure your little one looks bang on trend! I even spotted some lovely D&G Jelly Sandals which I think I might have to get for My Little Girl as she would absolutely love them!

If all that wasn't enough Diffusion also have a feature wall of casual trainers and pumps for Men and Women. This is great as it keeps all of the Casual Shoes together and all of the more Designer/High end shoes separate within the Women's and Men's Sections.

It was so lovely to visit the new Diffusion Store in Wolverhampton and I think it's one of the most well presented and chic Stores that I have seen!

Have you visited the new Diffusion Store? You can also check out Diffusion Online.
