Kiko Boulevard Rock Limited Edition Spring Collection | Glow Touch Lips & Cheeks

Kiko is currently one of my favourite brands. They have so many great spring products out at the moment that I will be showing you some of my favourites over the next couple of weeks.
The Glow Touch Lips and Cheeks is available from their Boulevard Rock Limited Edition Spring Collection. It is a multi-functional cream blush and lip gloss that is easy to apply using your fingertips and leaves a pretty radiant glow on your cheeks as well as a pretty hint of colour on your lips.

I have the shade Wave Hibiscus which is a gorgeous pink/coral tone that is perfect for spring/summer. This looks great on the lips and wearing it everyday for the last couple of days really has moisturised my lips too. It also has a yummy vanilla fragrance too!

The Kiko Glow Touch Lips and Cheeks is available in 6 gorgeous shades and retails at a reasonable £6.90.

Kiko Makeup is also available from Kiko Stores or Online.

Primark £1 Fashion Nails

While on a little haul in Primark the weekend I came across these snazzy nails for a bargain of £1. Primark have a huge variety of false nails for £1 and I was so spoilt for choice that I wanted to buy them all. I settled for these cute black and white chevron design ones that I thought would look super cool on their own or to add to my ring finger with a different shade of falsies on the other nails.

I didn't try out the glue as I use my favourite Elegant Touch Brush on Nail Glue which makes my falsies last for a good 5-7 days.
Overall I'm really happy with these nails and for a bargain £1 it means you can add some cool nails to your going out outfit for a fraction of the cost of going to the salon. Also I don't think they look that 'fake' either as they are quite short and manageable to use.

Have you tried Primark's Fashion Nails? Do you have a favourite design?

Models Own HyperGel Collection

Models Own are at it again... launching another amazing nail polish collection! Last year we had so many amazing collections from Models Own and I can't wait to see what collections they come up with for 2014.

The first collection that Models Own are launching February-March 2014 is the HyperGel Collection. This collection promises to give you a super high glossy gel-effect nail polish with extra vibrant colour. Ten brand new shades are available in this collection and they include: Coral Glaze - A vibrant coral shade, Cerise Shine - A bright pink with a slight blue undertone, Blue Glint - A bright blue/green shade, White Light - Exactly what it says... White, Lilac Sheen - A pretty pale lilac, Turquoise Gloss - A pretty turquoise shade (reminds me of Barry M Greenberry), Red Lustre - A blue under-toned red, Naked Glow - A milky beige, Cornflower Gleam -  A flattering cornflower blue and finally Pink Veneer - A pretty baby pink.

I have the shades Naked Glow, Cornflower Gleam and Pink Veneer to try out, I must say all of these shades are my favourites and they apply like a dream. The colour glides onto your nails without streaking or dragging, this gives you a gorgeous gel-like finish as if you have just stepped out of the salon.
I have tested one of these shades so far on my nails and it lasted for around 5 days without any chips, it is said to only need one coat but I always find myself having to add a second. Drying time is normal but I must say the high gloss finish is to die for!

I can't wait to try these nail polishes on my nails when I get a chance and show them in some NOTD Posts for you all to see.

Models Own HyperGel retails at £5.00 and is available Online between February and March 2014.

Have you tried the HyperGel collection yet? What's your favourite shade?

Weekly Ramblings #43

Image: We Heart It.

Hi Everyone, Hope you are all ok. I have been really busy the last couple of weeks that I haven't had chance to do much blogging. Last week I thought all the busyness had settled down but then it just went non stop again!
I have been really busy with work and find myself getting home, catching up with my little girl and then once she's gone to bed I get to have a couple of hours with the other half then I'm falling asleep!
My Puppy has also started Dog Training too which is taking up lots of my time, attending puppy classes and also all the homework we have to do is super tiring!

One of the biggest things that has been keeping me busy over the last week is the Gym! I'm quite slim anyway but lately I've felt so unfit and wanted to start eating clean and getting toned up. One of my biggest inspirations has to be Lydia Elise Millen, She is so perfectly toned and I hope with my willpower that I will eventually achieve this!

I have a couple of nights free this week so I'm preparing for some major blogging sessions and I will hopefully have some posts up every other day for you.

Hope you all have a lovely week.

NYX Xtreme Lip Cream | Nude Peach Fuzz & Dolly Girl

It's not a lipstick nor is it a gloss. it's like nothing you've experienced before.
It's liquid lipstick that goes on with full xtreme colour and intense shine!

Hi Everyone. Long time no blogging! Sorry I have been super busy with work, my puppy started dog training and I've also gone on a fitness hype! So blogging took a back seat for a little while!
NYX Extreme Lip Creams have been on my wishlist for a while now so I was super excited to try these out.  If you haven't heard of NYX Lip Creams before, they are an insanely pigmented liquid lipstick that has a rather random formula. Not quite lipstick but not quite gloss yet has a matte-ish finish that doesn't dry out on your lips. The staying power is also good too as it normally lasts me from the morning until lunch time!

I have the shades Nude Peach Fuzz - A highly popular shade in the Xtreme Lip Cream collection, this is a gorgeous light peachy colour that looks stunning on your lips without washing you out. The second shade I have is Dolly Girl - A bright fuchsia shade that also has a slight blue undertone. This is such a stunning shade and lasts for ages too!

The one thing I must say is pretty random about this product is the smell, they smell like cheap lip glosses that you used to get free with MIZZ Magazine as a kid, that cheap nasty plastic smell. Other that that I can't fault them and the smell isn't that bad to put me off!

NYX Xtreme Lip Creams are available from the NYX Online Store and retail at a reasonable £7.00.

Have you tried these Lip Creams? What's your favourite shade?
