NYX Super FAT Eye Marker

NYX Super Fat Eye Marker
NYX Super FAT Eye Marker RRP £9.50*
Felt liners make life much easier when trying to achieve the perfect feline flick. Over the last year I have gone off felt liners as they only seem to last me 2-3 weeks before they start drying out, but after seeing so many positive reviews on the NYX fat & skinny eye markers, I had to try one of them out for myself.

So we are just over a couple of weeks into 2015 and Models Own are already launching their first collection of the year - The Colour Chrome Collection.

NYX Cosmetics is a brand I absolutely love. Their Lip Creams are a huge favourite of mine and I was super excited when this cute eye shadow palette landed on my doorstep!
The Love in Paris Palette is available in 12 different colour selections, and in each they have 9 super-pigmented shades. Its packaging is simple and compact so you can easily fit it into your makeup bag, and I think the bow closure is super cute!

My Current Favourite Foundations

On of my top makeup products that I couldn't live without is my foundation. It hides a multitude of sins and leaves you with a flawless finish... What more could a girl ask for. I'm not usually one to have tonnes of base products but thought I would share some of my all time favourite foundations.

Makeup Revolution Blush Palette | All About Pink

Makeup Revolution is gradually starting to takeover my makeup collection. Every product I have tried from this brand I have loved (but I must say I'm not a great fan of their concealer as it is quite runny). If you haven't heard of Makeup Revolution before, they are a drugstore brand available in Superdrug stores nationwide and also online. Their product range starts at a bargain of £1 and as their prices are more affordable, doesn't mean they lack in quality.

The All About Pink Blush Palette is my latest addition to my Makeup Revolution Collection. It contains 8 stunning shades which include a mixture of matte, shimmer and baked merged powders. The 2 shades to the far right I like to use for highlighting and the gorgeous pink blush shades might look pretty scary as they are highly pigmented, but use a light hand with your favourite blush brush to add a pop of colour to your cheeks.
Sometimes if the blush looks a little bright or I've applied too much, I will gently go over with any product that's remaining on my foundation brush.

If 8 stunning blush shades wasn't enough, they also come in a sleek black case with a full size mirror inside.

I really must sort out my Malm dressing table this week as I just have all of my makeup thrown in the draw, and in summer last year I purchased some storage compartments for inside and I still haven't sorted them out. I guess one of my new years resolutions could be to sort out my makeup draw!!

The All About Pink Blush Palette retails at £6.00 and is available from Superdrug and MakeupRevolutionStore.com

What do you think of this blush palette? Are you a fan of Makeup Revolution products?

International Beauty Swap | Sign-up Here!

A couple of years ago when I first started blogging I did a UK Beauty Swap and it's a great way to meet other bloggers and to also try out products that you may not of tried or heard of before.
I thought I would put together my own International Beauty Swap so bloggers from across the pond can share their beauty favourites. If you would like to join in then please read below...

1. If you would like to take part then please leave a comment below with your email, blog url and twitter username. If you could also let me know if you prefer a UK only, International beauty swap or if you are happy with either. Also please state the country you are from too. Your chance to sign up ends Saturday 24th January 23.59 GMT.

2. The following day I will then pair two bloggers together and email/tweet you both so you can find out more about each other. This is a great time to find out their favourite lip colour, skin type etc so you can pick the perfect products that your swapping partner will love.

3. In terms of budget, I would say £15-£20 (or equivalent in your local currency) but you and your swap partner can decide on more or less depending on your budgets.

4. Once you have both shopped for your goodies, arrange a date when you will both post then you should receive you swap items at the same time. Please post via Royal Mail signed for or special delivery and remember to keep your proof of postage. Also check what you can/can't send to international countries before posting.

5. Finally, enjoy your goodies from your swap partner and don't forget to blog about them and your experience too. If you would like to email/tweet me with all of your links to your blog posts then I will link these all in my own beauty swap blog post.

Please note: All bloggers must be 16 years or over. I'm only here to help organise your swaps and I'm not liable for any missing/unsent parcels. If you ever have any queries you can drop me an email.

So if you want to take part just leave your email, twitter username, blog url plus UK only, International or no preference in the comments below. Also please state the country you are from too.

L'Oreal Color Riche Barely Peach by Julianne Moore

Happy new year everyone! Did you all have a lovely Christmas?
In November I featured L'Oreal's Julianne's Nude lipstick in my monthly favourites. I have completely fell in love with this lipstick after purchasing it on the off chance! Boots had a 3 for 2 on L'Oreal products and I was looking for a 3rd product that I could get for free, when the L'Oreal makeup assistant said I should try out Barely Peach by Julianne Moore.

This lipstick is a pretty nude pink shade and is similar in colour to MAC's Creme Cup (see above swatches) apart from Creme Cup has a slight blue undertone to it. Julianne's nude is also creamy in texture and doesn't dry out on your lips. It is a perfect everyday colour and I repurchased it in December as I have been loving it so much.

In the L'Oreal Color Riche Exclusive Nudes there are 6 shades in total so you can find the perfect nude for your complexion.

Have you tried any of L'Oreal's exclusive nudes? What's your favourite nude lipstick?
